Financial Feasibility

In addition to analyzing the feasibility of new projects, operational changes or completely new utilities, BBC also helps design rate structures and value resources and facilities. We have examined the feasibility of new projects and services ranging from reservoir and stormwater system development to hydroelectric power plants. BBC feasibility studies have assisted clients in obtaining needed financing and in making the necessary modifications for their projects to work.

BBC also values water and power resources and facilities ranging from U.S. Bureau of Reclamation projects to individual water rights. We have helped our clients successfully negotiate agreements for groundwater and surface water rights, reservoir storage and the purchase of existing water systems.
