Given our Denver location and Colorado's prominent resort industry, the firm's long-standing engagement in the mountain resort business is not surprising. As a budding new venture in 1970, BBC's first project was a feasibility study for a new Colorado ski area. We have since worked in every Western Rocky Mountain resort, many on multiple occasions. Our clients range from ski area operators and resort real estate developers to resort communities and tourism marketing agencies.
Our breadth of resort experience is unusual: we have surveyed markets; valued resorts for purchase; developed revitalization plans; evaluated the economic and market impacts of ski area expansion, snowmaking efforts, hotels and golf courses; assessed the feasibility of mountain interconnects and completed feasibility studies for virtually every form of resort real estate.
