HUD Consolidated Plans

BBC has completed HUD-required Consolidated Plans for cities and states nationwide. We have conducted more than 40 Consolidated Plans for clients ranging from small, first-time entitlement communities to large urban areas and states. We have in-depth familiarity with HUD's Consolidated Plan regulations - including expertise with the new Consolidated Plan Management Process (CPMP) tool - and a very positive reputation with HUD officials. All of our Consolidated Plans have been completed on time and been approved by HUD.
