Housing Needs Assessments

BBC's research helps communities pinpoint specific areas of housing needs - from deeply subsidized rentals for persons at-risk of homelessness to workforce housing in high-cost areas. Our studies contain quantifiable needs, realistic solutions and thoughtful strategic plans for addressing each community's needs.

We have a demonstrated ability to present complex research findings in a manner that is accessible to the general public through both written reports and oral presentations - a skill that is key in receiving "buy-in" from residents and policymakers for housing plans. We also have substantial expertise working with populations that are often the focus of housing needs assessments, including persons with disabilities, low-income populations, and persons who are homeless and at-risk of homelessness, among others.
