Homelessness

BBC has conducted homeless counts and surveys of persons who are homeless as part of cities' consolidated plans. We have also developed strategies to provide necessary housing and supportive services to homeless populations. Each of our Consolidated Plan studies contain a review of the nature and extent of homelessness, in addition to an evaluation of the housing and supportive service needs of special needs groups and residents at-risk of homelessness.
