Fair Housing
Our fair housing studies examine the prevalence of housing discrimination in a community through interviews, focus groups and surveys of residents and industry professionals. We also review land use codes and zoning regulations to determine barriers to affordable and workforce housing development. Our studies also involve an analysis of mortgage lending data to pinpoint potential areas of lending discrimination and predatory lending.
