DBE Program Studies

BBC assists local governments considering MBE/WBE programs and agencies implementing the Federal DBE Program.

BBC has established overall annual DBE goals, recommended race- and gender-neutral programs, and evaluated certain race- and gender-conscious remedies to combat the effects of identified race and gender discrimination. We have also assisted clients in program implementation.
