Disparity Studies

Since a 1989 U.S. Supreme Court decision changed the legal landscape for minority business programs, state and local governments have turned to BBC to provide objective assessments of whether or not race- and gender-conscious programs are needed to assist minority- and women-owned firms seeking public sector work. BBC has assisted in defending these programs in court. We also help local agencies implement the Federal DBE Program.

BBC also develops small business assistance programs that target all stages of entrepreneurship and business growth.
