Tom Pippin has been with BBC since 1990. He conducts public policy research with an emphasis on fiscal policy, housing, and community and economic development issues. He has spoken to a variety of industry groups including the Colorado Municipal League, National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials, National Council of State Housing Agencies, Rocky Mountain Land Use Institute, American Planning Association and Colorado Government Finance Officer's Association. Tom previously served as a "Public Private Initiatives Judge" on the Colorado Governor's Smart Growth Awards Panel.
