Colin Lamb joined BBC in 2010 after earning a Master of Public Administration from the University of Oregon. In the course of his graduate research, he worked with local and federal utilities on long-term energy and resource planning. Colin has expertise with large database and statistical analysis and applies those skills to BBC's Disparity Study and Transportation practices. He also contributes to sustainability, market, and economic development research, and he is interested in natural resource planning and policy. Colin has years of experience in wine distribution and retail management and is active in the Denver bicycling community.
