Adam Orens joined BBC in 2005 after receiving his Master's degree in natural resource economics from Colorado State University. His areas of expertise include fiscal impact analysis, real estate development feasibility analysis and regional economics. Adam also has experience in impact fee design and market research. Prior to joining BBC, Adam worked as a post-graduate research associate at Colorado State University where he studied the economic effects of community-based forestry programs and the impacts of open space development on tourism economies.
